thankful thursday

Today I am thankful for my three boys.

Yes, they are crazy and loud and demanding of my time and energy, but they are such a joy!

This month, in an effort to s-l-o-w down our frantic pace of life, we've been sitting by the light of the Christmas tree after dinner snuggled up under blankets, sometimes with a cup of hot chocolate and a bowl of popcorn, listening to the first book in the Chronicles of Narnia series on CD. They have [I have] really enjoyed this time together.  Thanks, Dad, for letting us borrow the CDs!

I am getting excited for Christmas now because I know how much fun these guys will make it.
